I've tried for 2 weeks now and it just gets worse. It constantly turns on and off. I have 3 lights and a dosing pump connected and they constantly lose connection. Even when connected they only stay connected for 20 or 30 seconds and then disconnect. The unit heats up pretty hot as well which is co concerning. I just unplug it and then try again in a few days hoping there's an update that will fix it.

It's up to date as well as the app

Background datas still show firmware 21.
Technicians said you can take photos of the lights and the Hub, they'll see the location and distance.

The distance is less than 3 feet from hub to BT controllers on the lights cords. 2 are less than 2 feet from the hub. All are behind the tank and the hub is sitting on a table in front of the tank. I didn't mount it yet because it doesn't work.

Now the firmwares are the latest.
Is the hub close to the 3 lights? You can provide a photo.
And you can try to move the bluetooth controller to the front of the tank to get it close to the hub to search the signal.

in this pic you can see two lights are connected and one is not. the one that is not connected is the bluetooth module you can see in the picture... literally the closest module isn't connected. This is the 10th anniversary light. Of the other two, one keeps disconnecting. Those two modules are on the other side of the tank, opposite corner of the one that is visible.

Don't judge my messy setup lol... once everything is working, ill go back and clean up wires and hoses.

Below is technician's reply:
Of the four devices, two DYNCRGP signals were in the -80s, which was average. The DYNW60 signal was around -75, consistently connected. The Dosing signal was around -65, also consistently connected.
The user's device last reported a loss of connection at 03:08:16, August 31, 2025, Beijing Time. The device was a DYNW60. Since then, all connections have been normal.
It is recommended to move the Bluetooth controller of the 10th Anniversary light or the location of the WiFi Hub Pro to see if the connection will improve.

I moved everything around and got it to consistently connect. I have to keep the Hub within 1.5 feet of the devices in order to work. The range is abysmal and I regret buying this
