I've tried for 2 weeks now and it just gets worse. It constantly turns on and off. I have 3 lights and a dosing pump connected and they constantly lose connection. Even when connected they only stay connected for 20 or 30 seconds and then disconnect. The unit heats up pretty hot as well which is co concerning. I just unplug it and then try again in a few days hoping there's an update that will fix it.

Device ID DYSGTPD554382C95E6

It's up to date as well as the app

Technicians said they are already working on improvements and are in the process of validating the restarting issue. This takes a little time, but it is important for us to make sure the device works reliably.

Thank you for your patience — we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have the confirmed solution.

today the unit kept saying there were updates available. It updated 3 times. Currently i can get everything to connect but they still constantly disconnect because the Bluetooth range is terrible on the device. I can connect via Bluetooth and the app from almost anywhere in my house, but the wifi hub pro will lose connection as soon as you move 2 feet away from the bluetooth controller (on the lights and pumps).

Due to some controllers being behind one cabinet, and some being behind the other end of the cabinet.. I cant get them all to connect at once. But if I move the wifi pro from side to the other it will grab which ever is closer. Even if I add extension cords and move all the BT controllers to one place, I'm limited to where i can mount the screen. The range seems ridiculously low to be acceptable.

Technicians upgraded firmwares of your devices.
Unplug the WiFi Hub Pro, connect all devices via bluetooth to update the firmwares.
Replug in the Wifi Hub Pro, after adding well to the tank, totally close the app from phone backend, open it again to test.

Technicinas wanna you to confirm the restarting issue, plug in the hub, test about 3 days.
No change. Its not turning on or off but it still connects and disconnects from my lights and dosing pumps constantly. The dosing pumps seem to have the best connection despite still losing connection here and there. the lights are disconnected more than they are connected. Also the dosing pumps are the furthest device from the smart hub and have the most stuff between them and the smart hub. The lights have the clearest path to the hub and never stay connected

Okay till now no restarting issue.

As for the connection issue, technicians checked the background datas,
The Dosing Pump was connected normally.
The DYNW60 and DYNCRGP lights have weak connection, need to update the firmwares. You can follow below steps to update:
1. Unplug Wifi Hub Pro, connect those lights via Bluetooth connction.
2. Enter light's firmware to update.
3. Replug in Wifi Hub Pro, add well to the tank.
4. Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend, open it again to enter the tank to see if the 2 lights are connected with the hub.

Everything is the same. The lights did have an update but they still disconnect from the hub. I see all 4 devices in the hub, they just wont connect. On the app it shows the working devices to have e signal but the non working devices only show Bluetooth.

You can use bluetooth connection to connect the light, enter firmware and take screenshots.

These are the two lights that rarely connect, if at all. I keep entering both pictures and the same picture keeps uploading.... even tho the preview is two different pictures. ill keep trying lol

Your 2 C II RGB lights have the same firmware, DYNCRGPC798AE62CA08 was updated to version 22, DYNCRGPC873AF9B0236 is still in version 21.
