Light not being picked up by app. Charger shows stable green light and light is stuck in a red tone which turns on and off in its own regularly.

My WRGB pro led unit not being picked up by app. Charger shows stable green light and light is stuck in a red tone which turns on and off in its own regularly. My other light works fine but one has suddenly stopped working and no matter what I try I cannot get it back to normal

WRGB II Pro light.
There is a tiny green stable light on the power adapter, so there is no problem of it.
In the app, switch to Manual mode, the Off button, could you turn off the red light?
