WRGB 2 not working - Red light was flickering when off and now blue LEDs not turning on, could anyone please help?

Now i only have red light, the app is working, I can change modes but no blue and green light are not at all turning on even if I put it in manual. Can dim the red light to 0 and 100 but green and blue not responding. Safe to assume my light is dead?

Use manual mode, red worked normally but not for blue and green?

If yes need to replace a Bluetooth controller.
