Sunrise/sunset is not working on WRGB Slim II

Hello everyone,
I'm using the Chihiros WRGB Slim II 45cm light. During the first week, I used the auto mode, and everything worked fine — the sunrise/sunset feature was working, and the light turned on at the right time.

But after day 9, the light stopped turning on automatically. I tried switching to Custom mode, but even then, I still have to turn it on manually.

The main reason I bought this light was for the sunrise/sunset feature. If that doesn't work, then it's just a regular light — nothing special.

Now I have to open the app and turn it on manually every single day. How frustrating is that?

And to day, I'm late 😂, it has to be start ramp up is on 09:00 AM. But the light is not turn on so I have turn it on manually on 11:30AM manually.
 
There could be a sudden power outage or you cut off the power or use smart plug.
Delete the light from Device page, plug out the power supply for a few min then plug back in to search and connect, next set the settings again.
Keep power on always, otherwise need to enter app to reconnect the light to sync app time and settings.
