Green LEDs not working on new WRGB 2 slim

Hi,
I just bought a new WRBB 2 Slim light a few weeks ago. It worked fine at first, then yesterday I noticed the green LEDs weren’t coming on. I messed with it in the app today and for a minute the green lights all came back on and I thought it had fixed itself but then they stopped working again. Again, this is a new light. Any ideas?

I know the green leds work because I plugged the light into a different outlet and it came on like normal for about 10 seconds, and then went back to purple (red and blue LEDs only). What should I do?

Please follow below steps to test:
1. Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
2. In the app switch to Manual mode. Test each channel below:

*Red: Green and Blue at 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max.
*Green: Red and Blue at 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max.
*Blue: Red and Green at 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max.

See if there is one color cannot react normally.
3. In the app switch to Manual mode, press the “All” button, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel.
Unplug the light, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel.

The green light on the power adapter is stable. In manual mode, the green lights do not work.

This is the waterproof testing paper, it got red, means the led beads panel got water in.
The led beads panel and the bluetooth controller may get short circuit by water.
You can replace both the Led Beads Panel Substrate and the Bluetooth Controller.
