I have had my dosing pump for over a year now. It worked fine when I had my last tank set up about 4 months ago. Since then it has been taken down and placed back in its box until I rescaped my tank. Well I did so, and set everything back up. But now my Chihiros App is not seeing the dosing pump at all to be able to connect. It is plugged in, light is green on the power adapter. And still nothing shows up. Have tried unplugging it from the dosing pump itself and the outlet to no avail. This is extremely frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated.
