My WRGB pro led unit not being picked up by app. Charger shows stable green light and light is stuck in a red tone which turns on and off in its own regularly. My other light works fine but one has suddenly stopped working and no matter what I try I cannot get it back to normal

WRGB II Pro light.
There is a tiny green stable light on the power adapter, so there is no problem of it.
In the app, switch to Manual mode, the Off button, could you turn off the red light?

@Trevor Garcia did you find any solution ? I have a CHIHIROS A2 601 MAX and my light intensity is decreasing on its own and I cannot get it back to normal either.

Try to reset the light: Delete the light on Device tab, plug out for a few minutes then plug back in to connect again.
