Chihiros Doctor connection lost

I have linked the doctor device with MyChihiros app, but when I try to set tanks configuration for turning it on. It always displays the error message “connection lost”. I have tried multiple workarounds like restarting my iPhone and plug off and plug on Doctor device, but nothing works.
 
Connection lost is a signal issue.
Make sure remove any metal items around the device and put it close to the phone.

Delete the device from Device List then plug out the power supply for a few mintues next plug back in to add.
