Problem with chihiros doctor mate

Hello together,

I bought a chihiros doctor mate today at my local s tore . And set it up. Everything went normally for the first few hours but then nothing happened. Even with the chihiros app I could no longer reach the chihiros doctor mate. Disconnecting the supply didn't help. Now have Now I tried to add it to the app but it just can't be found anymore. The LED on the device does not light up either. Anyone have an idea? Otherwise I will probably have to return the device.

Edit: the commander and dosing pump works fine.

Before everything worked well, what do you mean worked well?
The doctor works at random time, it doesn't work all the time.

Suddenly it lost connection? App couldn't detect it?
When you plug in the power supply, will there be a green light indicator on the power adapter? Is it keeping solid or flashing or won't turn on?

Powersupply works fine, I am an electrician and checked also the voltage of the powersupply.

I mean I was able to see the electrolyse at least one a hours. And the blue light at the chihiros was lightning sometimes.
Now nothing happens.
So I decided to retun it to my Dealer.

The green indicator light on the power adapter keeps solid all the time.
The blue light on the doctor unit is the bluetooth indicator, it will keep solid after the first well connection in the app(power on always no sudden power outage).

Hi, i will not create a new topic so i will write here. I have problem with doctor mate. my AC adapter keep flashing with green light and doctor mate too flashing with white led - its alright with this ? or it should keep solid ? i turning off many times and nothing :/

1. Remove the mesh reactor cable that into the doctor unit. See if the green indicator light on the power adapter will flicker.
2. Insert back the mesh reactor, put it in a cup of water, see if the power adapter light will flicker.

Ok, needs to replace a mesh reactor.
And make sure donot add any salt to the tank.

The control unit has a flashing LED light and I don't know if it should be on or not.

First insert the mesh reactor cable to the doctor unit until you feel a "click".
Second set the settings in the app, confirm it and back to tank page. TDS value must be the actual water TDS in you tank, if it's high doctor won't work.

The actual TDS is 295. I make it and the doctor unit no work

Did you insert the mesh reactor cable to the doctor unit firmly?

Put the mesh reactor to a cup of drinking water, set in the app again to test. Better to record a video of how you operate in the app and how the doctor unit and mesh react.

Ok i send there now
