Same issue as what happened on Mar 4 and numerous people complained that the app wont let them login. It's happening again. I cant login, reset my password or create a new account. I want to throw the light against the wall.

Yeah deleted the app and reinstalled it. Then switched to 5G. I have no vpn. It worked this time. But this should not be the case each time. I have $20 smart devices that have much better apps. If Chihiros can’t fix the app (which honestly is the easiest thing to do) you’ll lose customers. I personally will recommend to everyone I know that they don’t get this light until you fix the app.

Hi, same issue for me too. I could not log back until I registered with the same email address, but all of my settings are lost. I first reseted everything even re-installed the app.

It's a black background.
Black screen means unable to connect to our server due to network problem.
There are many reasons for network problems, whether the app has got network access, whether the local router has set up some kind of firewall rules, whether the local isp has blocked the ip segment of our website, all of which may lead to inaccessibility.

This is not a network issue. As I already explained, I’m able to log in with a different account without any problem, and all other apps and websites are working fine—including yours.
The issue seems clearly account-related, not client-side. Simply labeling it as a “network issue” feels like dismissing the problem rather than investigating it. Could you please look into this more thoroughly and provide a proper explanation or solution?
