App not working again

Same issue as what happened on Mar 4 and numerous people complained that the app wont let them login. It's happening again. I cant login, reset my password or create a new account. I want to throw the light against the wall.
 
Reinstall the app.
Turn off VPN.
Switch phone network: WiFi, Cellular or Hotspot.
 
Yeah deleted the app and reinstalled it. Then switched to 5G. I have no vpn. It worked this time. But this should not be the case each time. I have $20 smart devices that have much better apps. If Chihiros can’t fix the app (which honestly is the easiest thing to do) you’ll lose customers. I personally will recommend to everyone I know that they don’t get this light until you fix the app.
 
Hi admin, already uninstalled and reinstalled app still cannot link to light. No vpn. Bluetooth working.
pls help reset password for chihiros light
