My light is just fully not working when I plug it into the socket it isnt turning on and I cant gind it on the app. The power source light is showing green but there is just nothing happening to the light. We had a power outage a while ago and I havent put it on since then. Is it possible that it broke this easily. What can I do to diagnose the issue or fix it?
