Chihiros app is not working

App keeps logging me in and out the whole day and now it’s just not showing my tanks or devices please fix as i need to control my stuff!!!

+1 I am also affected by this issue. The app keeps logging me out. When I log back in all my devices are gone. I am unable to add them back on. I tried both on iOS and Android.

all my tanks and devices are gone! I need to turn on lights on more than 10 lamps and app is not showing anyyyy of my devices!

Woke up to the same issue on latest Android. Can't log in, cant reset password, tried Google login, and cant save or access devices.

UNKNOWN ERROR, UNKNOWN ERROR.....constantly.

Seriously disappointed with Chihiro's. We have live plants and animals at stake here. Your servers and app has obviously crashed and nothing is working for anyone.
