Same issue as what happened on Mar 4 and numerous people complained that the app wont let them login. It's happening again. I cant login, reset my password or create a new account. I want to throw the light against the wall.
Yeah deleted the app and reinstalled it. Then switched to 5G. I have no vpn. It worked this time. But this should not be the case each time. I have $20 smart devices that have much better apps. If Chihiros can’t fix the app (which honestly is the easiest thing to do) you’ll lose customers. I personally will recommend to everyone I know that they don’t get this light until you fix the app.
