Questions regarding the Chihiros Doctor Mate (Bluetooth Control+Wifi Hub Control) for Nano Tank

i just installed a chihiros doctor mate for a nano tank (bluetooth).
The power light stays on constantly.. how do i know when the device is actually working (besides of course staring at the grill waiting for the the unit to function )?
Does the light flash or???
the instructions dont actually cover this aspect. it just states in the app. that it will work at random.
Again , once in operation., there are no changes on the power light. any ideas??

Doctor Mate works randomly according to the tank volume and water TDS datas.
It works for a few seconds and doesn't have a fixed working time.

ok great , but does the light flash when its working or is it always constantly on regardless of when its on standby and when its actually fizzing or creating the mist of bubbles?

The indicator light flashes when the device is connected successfully, and remains on when not connected.
