Problem whit white led universal 800

My LED light no longer emits white LEDs.
When I try to change the layout, it doesn't respond...
Hardly any white LEDs are lit anymore.
Is the LED lighting broken?
Should I return it to the dealer where I bought it?
I've had it for almost a year now.
