Hub not connecting to Wi-Fi

My WiFi hub is not connecting to WiFi. Please help.

And take screenshot of the hub Device Information page which includes device ID NO and Firmware Version.

Same problem with WiFi Hub Pro. It shows only the mobile hotspot. Must be a bug
