double dosing for no reason

My dosing pump, programmed once a day at 2pm to release 1.6ml, works, except that it releases a second time around 5pm for no reason. it's a real bug. any ideas?

3 pump heads all dosed second time at 5pm?
Reconnect the pump after 5pm and take screenshots of the same page again to us, we will check it there is more dose added.
