Dosing System not found via bluetooth

Hello,

I have a new dosing system and try the first connection to the app (Android) via bluetooth.
The App does not found the device. I found some youtube videos, but no detailed description how to pair it.

Any ideas / help ?

I solved it, by changing the APP right zu "nearby devices" and "localization".

Yes need to open Bluetooth, GPS(for Android) and Location Service.
