Chihiros Dosing pump

I have a new dosing system and try the first connection to the via “My Chihiros”. I have a Chihiros WRGB Slim connection.
But this sistem doesn’t not found the new device (pump). I have not idea.
Please, help me

Hi, when and where did you buy it?
When you plug well the power, do you see a blue indicator light blinking on the back of the pump? You can take a photo.
You can insert the DC cable again, it may not insert well.

Sorry it's not Chihiros product, so you cannot search in the app. Our pump is silver color yours is black.
and the SN code not from us.
