Dosing Pump wrong time or nothing?

Is my pump dosing at the wrong time, or is it not dosing anything? I have a single dose at 11 a.m. At 10 a.m., I look at the app, and it says 1/1 single dose. Was it dosed before 11 a.m., or nothing? Why does the app do this? I can't be sure whether it was dosed. Either it's dosing at night (which is why it says 1/1 single dose), or there's an error and it wasn't dosed, but it's displayed that way
 
Battery is included (green symbol).
There was no power outage or anything similar.
Dosing may have occurred sometime before 11 a.m. I can't say exactly when.
Perhaps it wasn't even dosed at all. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. I check the app in the morning, and it says "1/1 single dose," even though the set time hasn't been reached yet.

I'm considering removing the battery or deactivating the function. Perhaps then it will be monitored and dosed regularly at 11 a.m.
 
Please take scrrenshot of the settings, exact dosing volume and time.
And take a screenshot of the Device Information page which includes device ID number and Firmware verison.
 
It worked today. However, I deactivated the battery function. When the function is activated, it seems to occasionally cause problems.

If battery was installed and the Missed Dose Compensation button was activated, and there was a power cut, pump will dose when the power came back.
Or you can recalibrate the pump to set again the settings to test.
