môj chihiros WRG II 90cm je červený / problém bol vyriešený pri kúpe nového ovládača.

(nový ovládač - stará originálna verzia - prikladám foto)

Ale po 2 mesiacoch sa problém zopakoval, svieti len na červeno.

Môžete mi pomôcť vyriešiť tento problém.

Červené svetlo sa nedá vypnúť v My Chihiros v manuálnom režime.

Napájací adaptér má stále zelené svetlo.

Červené svetlo sa dá vypnúť iba vytiahnutím zo zásuvky.

I have had the light for about 3 years (2021) - it worked for 3 years without any problems. When there was a problem with the red light, I bought a new Bluetooth Controller.

But after two months, the problem recurred - the light is red again.


There is no SN label on the Bluetooth Controller - I am attaching a photo of the stickers.

You need to test each color in Manual mode not customize mode.
1. Test Red channel: Green and Blue at 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max, how would the light react?
2. Test Green channel: Red and Blue at 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max, how would the light react?
3. Test Blue channel: Red and Green at 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max, how would the light react?

4. Test All button: Press the All button, how would the light react?
5. Test Off button: Press the Off button, how would the light react?

You can take screenshots of all those 5 settings in the app, and show us photo or video of how the light reacts in those 5 different situation. Screen video is more convenient for technicians to check.
Also you can take a screenshot of the Device Information page which includes device ID NO and Firmware Version.

at 0% it glows dimly red. At 1%, red turns off and the selected color starts to glow. Add more to intensify your chosen color.

Technicians suspect there is something wrong with the cable that connects to the light, that led to the damage of the bluetooth controller.
You can replace the cable that connects to the light and the bluetooth controller.

Cable connector is for old version.
Bluetooth controller is 10th edition.
Now no stock for other models.
