Red light only

My Chihiros pro 60 is only red light. It doesn’t matter what I do the light is red.

I have disconnected power supply. Same results

I have deleted app and reinstalled. Same result

I have unpaired and paired my BT connection. Same results

How can I reset factory settings???

Please test below:
1. Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
2. In the app switch to Manual mode, press the “Off” button, could the Red light be turned off?
3. In the app switch to Manual mode. Test each channel below:
*Red: Green, Blue and White at 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max.
*Green: Red, Blue and White at 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max.
*Blue: Red, Green and White at 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max.
*White: Red, Green and Blue at 0%, slide White from 0% to the max.
Green, Blue and White couldn't be turned on? Only Red can work normally?
4. In the app switch to Manual mode, press the “All” button, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel. Unplug the light, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel.

Green light is stable on power adapter. I believe the Bluetooth module is bad. I have a replacement this weekend and will see if it fixes the problem

Ok, if there is no abnormal sign on the led beads panel, it's the problem of the bluetooth controller.
