Metal inflow rust issue

Hello team,

One of my Metal inflow pipes started to rust, it is my newest one only 1 month since I have installed it. My other metal in and outflow are in perfect condition in the same tank, and I have multipe in other tanks.

Please help what should I do with this rusting?

The pipe has been upgraded with advanced coating process, resulting in very little corrosion.
But this doesn't mean it will never rust.

I understand that but this is only 1 month old and if I put into vinegar and brush it down with toothbrush this is how it looks after 2 days.
