My chihiros wrgb 2 light can use. However after setyled time passed, red light is on automatically and i was unable to off the red light

In the app, switch to Manual mode, press the Off button, red light couldn't be turned off?
Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green stable indicator light?

Make sure you don't use a smart plug and there is no sudden power outage.

Yes tiny green stable indicator light is showing. I have tried to switched off through manual. But couldn't

You can replace a Bluetooth Controller.
