After repeated connection problems, I unpaired the device via the My Chihiros app. Retrying to connect via Add New Device is not possible. The device cannot be found in scan mode. When scanning separately via BLE scanner, the device is not found.
 
In the app Device list page, delete the light.
Plug out the bluetooth controller for a few minutes then plug back in.
Search again in the app(Make sure open all permissions).
