CO2 Regulator Pro

Hi there,
Last week I bought the regulator pro. It is robust and material quality is very good. But I thought there is a bluetooth connection! I separately bought the bluetooth connector, it is not working! I’m sorry but I couldn’t understand why I paid nearly 300$ for a normal regulator! Why its name is Pro? Do you have any production plan to produce new bluetooth connectors for this regulator? I have nearly every Chihiros products in my tank, light, doctor, dosing, every products are awesome but this one is a big disappointment. The product is good but not pro.

I changed 3 of the same part. Epidemic production problem, chihiros app didn’t recognize any of it. How I will be able to connect my CO2 regulator pro to chihiros app??

Use above solenoid controller, connects to the regulator, open bluetooth, search in the app.

If you are sure you allowed all permissions and opened Bluetooth, GPS and Location Service, you can take it to a store to test.

We tested, it is not working, the distributor has no other parts in its stock. As a loyal Chihiros customer, I’m the victim here Shall you send me an already tested part please? If tou will do that please send it as FOC due to TR customs’ regulations? BR
