I recently purchased a Chihiros Co2 Regulator Pro for my aquarium. Setting it up, everything seemed fine and there were no leaks of any kind. However, after a week, the solenoid no longer seems to be working properly, leaving the Co2 to run 24 hours a day. It clicks correctly when the Solenoid is turned on and off, but the bubbles just keep coming. Additionally, I checked for leaks, but everything else seems fine.

I was uncertain if the steps of taking apart the solenoid from other posts on this forum applied to this particular model. Should I take the solenoid apart? Or is there anything else I can do?

Chihiros CO2 Regulator Pro regular or limited edition?
Remove the bluetooth controller cable, plug in and out the power adapter, see if the solenoid valve works normally.

When and where did you buy it?
Take a screenshot of the Device Information page in the app which includes devcice ID number and Firmware version.

I bought it on the 7th of August from the dealer's website (dealer's name is in the screenshot), but as I mentioned above it was only in operation for little over a week ago. Below is the screenshot you requested. Thanks in advance!

If the problem persists after removing the solenoid controller, it may be a problem with the solenoid valve.
You can ask the seller to replace the part within 1 year warranty.
