Wrgb slim 120 only green and red working

Hi my light has a problem
Only red and green are working
I’ve tried on manual and blue doesn’t do anything and no white

In Manual mode, slide each RGB channel separately, only blue couldn't work, you can replace the bluetooth controller, it got short circuit.

I have the same issue,

Symptoms are apparently the right side of the lamp WRGB2 120cm , in the tank view is left. The light is yellow? I dont know why its like only that portion that is yellow instead. On the opposite side for only blue spectrum if fully lit, it flickers. So apparently all light are working just a mix of flickering and weird yellow spectrum for only a portion of the light

You put the light under a lid?
Some of the led beads got short circuit by water.

Yes, need to put the light in an open space.

mine only blue light works, tried everything in the application except replacing the bluetooth controller. can u give an exact answer for the problem. because if i go
and bought the new controller and the problem wasnt solved then im just gonna waste my money

1. Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
2. In the app switch to Manual mode. Test each channel below:

*Red: Green and Blue at 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max.
*Green: Red and Blue at 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max.
*Blue: Red and Green at 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max.

Only Blue works properly, slide Red and Green channels light no reaction?

You can switch to All mode, take a clear photo of the light panel. Next plug out the light, take a clear photo of the light panel.

You can switch to Manual mode the All mode, take a clear photo of the light panel. Next plug out the light, take a clear photo of the light panel.

If plug out the power supply, there is no abnormal sign of the led panel, it's a problem of the bluetooth controller.
You can replace a bluetooth controller.
