Hi,
I have a WRGB II Slim 120cm light that suddenly stopped connecting to the app today and the lights are not changing over time as I have it programmed. I have two other Chihiros lights that I can connect to without issue and I was able to connect to the WRGB II Slim a week or two ago.
Here is what I have tried without success:
The light is currently on, but has been stuck around 5% brightness for 6 hours (when it should be going up to 30%).
Is there anything else I can try?

Here is what I have tried without success:
- I checked permissions to ensure Location & GPS are enabled & Bluetooth is turned on.
- I unplugged the light for 30-minutes, restarted my phone & tried to re-connect.
- I tried to remove the light from the My Chihiros app and re-add it (but I can no longer re-add it
)
- I downloaded nRF Connect to see if I can find the light, and I can see my other two Chihiros devices (one starts with DYAR... and the other starts with DYSIL) but I can't find any others that start with DY.
- I tried to find the light with another Android device but it also didn't work
