Hi,
I have a WRGB II Slim 120cm light that suddenly stopped connecting to the app today and the lights are not changing over time as I have it programmed. I have two other Chihiros lights that I can connect to without issue and I was able to connect to the WRGB II Slim a week or two ago.

Here is what I have tried without success:
  • I checked permissions to ensure Location & GPS are enabled & Bluetooth is turned on.
  • I unplugged the light for 30-minutes, restarted my phone & tried to re-connect.
  • I tried to remove the light from the My Chihiros app and re-add it (but I can no longer re-add it :( )
  • I downloaded nRF Connect to see if I can find the light, and I can see my other two Chihiros devices (one starts with DYAR... and the other starts with DYSIL) but I can't find any others that start with DY.
  • I tried to find the light with another Android device but it also didn't work

The light is currently on, but has been stuck around 5% brightness for 6 hours (when it should be going up to 30%).

Is there anything else I can try?

Thanks,
David

Check the power adapter, is there a tiny stable green indicator light?
What's the model and size of your other 2 lights?
Download an app BLE Scanner, scan all the devices and take screenshots of all devices it finds on Scanner page.

Yes, there is a solid / stable green light on the power adapter
I have a second 120cm WRGB2 Slim and a 90cm RGB plus A+ (I have included screenshots of both devices)

This one is your other WRGB II Slim 120 light.
It could be a signal issue, you can put your phone close to the bluetooth controller, remove any metal items around the bluetooth controller which could blocal signals.
Yes, there is a solid / stable green light on the power adapter
I have a second 120cm WRGB2 Slim and a 90cm RGB plus A+ (I have included screenshots of both devices)

I am having the same problem for the same light. Indicator light is stable green. I cannot turn on the light, connect to the light, or use automation. All permissions are allowed. I downloaded BLE Scanner and attaching my screenshots. Please help.
