White LEDs stay on after sunset

I just bought a universal wrgb 800 a few weeks ago. After the sunrise - light - sunset cycle, on some occasions the white LEDs (center row) stay on with little intensity. Switching to Manual with all parameters at 0000 shuts them off. I now have an additional timer setting 0000 at night in between sunset and sunrise, but this cannot be the proper solution. Is there anything else that I can do? Thanks!

Hi, I’m experiencing the same issue (WRGB Universal 600) and appear to be stuck at firmware version 20. Would it be possible to also initiate the update for my light please?

Technicians will upload the firmware today then you can update.

Many thanks for your response. I’m still at firmware v20 and the app still states that there’s no update at the moment. Just want to check if an update was deployed or maybe I’m doing something wrong too. Thanks again.

The firmware update might currently be under review.
