Hello together

I have a CII Normal Edition White

Yesterday my connection was interrupted during the update and now I can no longer control the lamp.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I removed the plug overnight and deleted the icon.

Now I can no longer add it to the app, nor can I find it.
I was able to find the device with the Buethooth app

What can I do?

Greetings

You didn't update the firmware completely?
Download an app nRF Connect, scan all the devices, take screenshots of the Scanner page.
It may need you to update a firmware manually.

yes the update was interrupted.

I think it is this module

And you can inform your login email of the app, technicians will check the device ID.

How many C II white do you have? 1 set? Technicians can check one is DYNA2CF86D51D23C9

Use the nRF Connect app

Below attached a zip document, you can download and save it to your phone firstly.
Then follow steps 1,2,3,4. The "DYNFAN-UPDATE.zip" in step 4 is the document you saved "NEWC2UPDAT".

If you wanna the tutorial video, inform your email address we can send.

Hi,
I have the same problem with an AII Max LED (All MaX Series). I have an iphone and tried to follow your instructions but the nRF connect app looks different and I am not sure if the zip file you include here for Steph can be used by me as well. Also I cannot login to the app with my email.
Can you please help me?
Thank you
Nuno

His solution is not suitable for you.
You updated the firmware and it failed?
Now app cannot find the light?

As for the log, why you couldn't login, forget password or what else?

Please write your questions in detail.

Hi,

Yes, I was setting up the light (AII Max LED (All MaX Series) for the first time and everything was working ok (app was finding the light device and controlling it), until the app started an update that failed half way through. After that, the app could not find the light, so I cannot control it now or turn it on.

Regarding the login, I can login into the app (on iphone) with my apple ID but when I tried to login with the same credentials I use to log into this website (email + password) it does not work.

What can I do to get the light working again?
Thank you for your help
Best regards

Online store log is different from My Chihiros app.

As for the A II Max, what's the size of it?
Download an app nRF Connect, scan all the device and take screenshot of the Scanner page.
Inform your login email of the app My Chihiros.

The screenshot shows C II light not A II Max light. You can take screenshots of the other devices shown in the app or download an app BLE to search and take screenshots.

You are right, it does show a CII, but I have an A II Max. I tried to use the strategy here on the forum to fix the problem before you told me it was not appropriate for my case. I guess I must have changed the equipment name by using the zip folder you left here for Steph. I think that is why the CII appears.

You can use an app BLE to search all the devices. Take screenshots of all the devices found. Technicians will find the name of the A II Max light.

Here is the scan of a BLE search app. Is there anything else you need?
Thank you again for your help. I hope we can sort this out.
Best regards

So you don't have a C II light? Only a A II Max 901 light?
Scroll down the BLE no other found devices?

Yes, I do NOT have a C II light. I only HAVE a A II Max 901 light.
No other devices with names are found (only my TV, laptop. etc.).
