Universal 800 wrgb

I exchanged my Chichiros Universal WRGB after experiencing problems with the white LEDs not all working.
Now that I've received my new lamp under warranty, one of the white LEDs is still not working.
This happened after only one month of use.

Are you selling two lamps in one year?
Can you tell me what the problem is?
In another thread, I read that it's a poor production run of lamps.

We don't sell the Universal WRGB model.
There was a production issue of the white led beads before.
