Good morning, I've had a Chihiros WRGB 2 Pro for a year and a half. Everything was going great until a few days ago when it wouldn't turn on and it wouldn't connect via Bluetooth. I contacted the seller, and they said, "If I plug this in and do that... just to do something." When I plugged everything back in, the screen turned on, but there was a strong burning smell coming from the Bluetooth controller. I checked the functions, and the screen worked fine except for the white one, which wouldn't turn on. They asked me to send it to the supposed technical service in Spain, but they haven't received it and it's waiting to be returned by the postal service. My question is, do you think the controller could be faulty, so replacing that part would fix it? Do you have an official technical service in Spain or Europe where I can buy the part directly from here?
