Good morning, I've had a Chihiros WRGB 2 Pro for a year and a half. Everything was going great until a few days ago when it wouldn't turn on and it wouldn't connect via Bluetooth. I contacted the seller, and they said, "If I plug this in and do that... just to do something." When I plugged everything back in, the screen turned on, but there was a strong burning smell coming from the Bluetooth controller. I checked the functions, and the screen worked fine except for the white one, which wouldn't turn on. They asked me to send it to the supposed technical service in Spain, but they haven't received it and it's waiting to be returned by the postal service. My question is, do you think the controller could be faulty, so replacing that part would fix it? Do you have an official technical service in Spain or Europe where I can buy the part directly from here?

According to your description, it could be a problem of the bluetooth controller.
But still needs to test for confirmation.

If the light arrives at the store or returns to you, you or them can follow below steps to test:
1. Check the power adapter, is there a tiny green indicator light? Is it stable or flashing?
2. In the app switch to Manual mode. Test each channel below:
● Red: Green, Blue and White at 0%, slide Red from 0% to the max.
Green: Red, Blue and White at 0%, slide Green from 0% to the max.
Blue: Red, Green and White at 0%, slide Blue from 0% to the max.
White: Red, Green and Blue at 0%, slide White from 0% to the max.
Red, Green and Blue could be turned on? Only WHITE cannot work normally?
3. In the app switch to Manual mode, press the “All” button, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel.
Unplug the light, take a clear photo of the whole led beads panel.

Thanks for your response. I have a photo of the LEDs, as the guy at the store asked me for it. Regarding the power adapter, the light was solid green. I set it to manual, and the red, green, and blue colors went up from 0 to maximum without a problem. However, with the white color, it wouldn't turn on.
I want to move forward with this because if it takes 15 days to return the screen from the postal service, I'd rather have the controller at home when the screen arrives and not have to wait a few days to wait for the controller again. Thanks for everything, and best regards.

• Is there a tiny light on the Bluetooth controller? If no it broke.
• And need to rule out the possibility of the broken led beads panel. According to step 3, need to see if the waterproof testing paper gets red.

You can replace the Bluetooth controller at first. If not work, replace the led beads panel together.
 
Thanks again. I seem to remember the Bluetooth controller had a small blue light. I don't understand the waterproof test paper. The screen has never been waterproofed, and when performing maintenance, I always put it on a side table and clean the LED part weekly with a damp cloth and blow on the foil part. I'll do that. If you confirm that they don't collect from the post office, I'll buy the controller to have it when I return. If not, we'll replace the LEDs. Thanks for your help, and best regards.
