Firmware update fail

Hello!

I'm experiencing a problem updating my Dosing Pump. I had a Dosing Pump, Magnetic Stirrers, and a Wrpg2pro45 lamp connected in the My Chihiros app. In September 2025, the firmware for these devices was updated. The Dosing Pump firmware was updated incorrectly.

Instead of the Dosing Pump firmware, the lamp firmware was updated. Now My Chiriros incorrectly identifies the Dosing Pump as a DYWPRO45 device. I can't use the Dosing Pump now.

Please send the Dosing Pump firmware

Now in the app My Chihiros are 2 DYWPRO45 devices?
Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend. Download an app nRF Connect to scan all the devices, take screenshots of all the devices it finds on Scanner page.

I installed the program and scanned the devices. I'm sending you screenshots. There are two lamps: one is real and the fake lamp (real dosing pump). A fake lamp needs to be reflashed with dosing pump firmware.

I have the 4 dose pump and I cannot see it in the Chihiros app. I can see the device in the nRF app, but it is in the DFU/bootloader mode state
