Not able to download firmware - B series

I just received my new B series LED light and have it connect to my app. I'm prompted to download the latest firmware but when I choose to update it does not download and stays at 0%. I believe my current firmware version is 20.

Please help

If it stays at 0%, just ignore the update.
If the update was interrupted, you can ask again.
