Faulty CO2 Bluetooth Controller for 2.5L Generator Kit.

Hello. I just set up my new tank with the Chihiros 2.5L CO2 Generator Kit. However, I cannot find the device in the My Chihiros app, latest version 2.8.38.

I have location and nearby device permissons enabled. I also cannot find the device on the BLE scanner app.

The solenoid works when I connect it directly to the power adapter (which lights up solid green).

When I connect the bluetooth controller to the solenoid and the adapter, the solenoid does not work at all but the adapter still shows a solid green light.

Do I have a faulty controller?

I cannot find DYRCO2... on the BLE Scanner App. Maybe the bluetooth module on the controller is broken?

It could be a problem of the Solenoid controller, you can replace it.

I purchased it from the Chihiros website in July 2025. Is it still covered under warranty?

I have contacted info@chihirosaquaticstudio.com. Hopefully, they will send a replacement controller. I will provide updates about the resolution of this case for any future customers facing similar issues. Thank you for your help!
