Dosing pump can not connect after upgrade

Hi, today I performed update My Chihiros app on iOS and firmware in dosing pump, after firmware update, I can not connect app to dosing pump. Enclosed is the serial number, green led is solid on, on the back blue led is also on. I tried to uninstall the app on iPhone as well.

Was there a failure during firmware update?
Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend. Download an app nRF Connect to scan all the devices, take screenshots of all the devices it finds on Scanner page.
