Bluetooth connectivity issues with the app

Every time I try to connect to my lights and/or auto dosers after not using the app for some time, it fails. However, if I restart the android app after the failure. I can connect.

I have the same problem with all of the devices below (all chihiros stuff I have):

WRGB2 10th edition
WRGB2 slim
Universal WRGB
A2
4 head dosing pump
2 head dosing pump

Is this common for everyone? It is usable but extremely frustrating. I like the lights otherwise but it makes me feel like the app is just a hassle and it would be better with manual controls.

On systems running Android 12 and later, if an app is not used for a long time, the system may revoke its permissions, re-enabling these permissions may cause connection failures.
Users need to manually disable and re-enable these permissions in the system's application settings.

I am using a motorola edge 40 with android 15 with the permissions below. I guess nearby devices is the bluetooth permission? If it was a permission issue, when why would it start working after I restart the chihiros app? It is just the initial connection after not using the app for a couple of hours that won't connect before app restart through the android settings (force stop)

This issue might be a characteristic of a certain customized Android system, which kill background processes to save resources.
Technicians are investigating the problem, and updates will be provided later.
