Dosing pump can not connect after upgrade

Hi, today I performed update My Chihiros app on iOS and firmware in dosing pump, after firmware update, I can not connect app to dosing pump. Enclosed is the serial number, green led is solid on, on the back blue led is also on. I tried to uninstall the app on iPhone as well.IMG_8881.jpeg
 
Was there a failure during firmware update?
Totally close the app My Chihiros from phone backend. Download an app nRF Connect to scan all the devices, take screenshots of all the devices it finds on Scanner page.
 
Hi, the firmware update was done correctly, no issue at all, after that, the connection was lost. since that time I have not been able to connect to the dosing pump. I also completely closed the app, I also reinstalled it, enclosed are the print screen from nRF connect app. thank you

No signal.
But the bluetooth indicator is on the back of the pump unit which showing device has no problem.

You can try to plug in again then use the app My Chihiros to search again.
 
Hi, there is no change at all....can not find it...is there a way how to reset it manually?
