Doctor chihiros setup problem

When i want to make plant confirmation in custom mode i receive an error. I sent error picture. It says it is related to random times

Hi, if I dont wont that device will work at random.... what to do to reset the mate? I tryed to reinstaled many times , doesnt help. Thanx
