Connexion lost problem

Hi, I bought Chihiros serie B 45.
I registered and instaled the App. I have my bluethoot and GPI permisons active. I found DYLed device.

But when I try to connect to the device is impossible. I always recieve the same message: connexion lost, retry again.

What to do?

Try to delete the light from Device list,, plug out for a few minutes then plug back in to search and connect again.

If still happens, take a screenshot of the More device Info page that mark device ID no and dealer.
 
It still doesn't work.

Technicians said you can click CONNECT to see if this nRF Connect app can connect the light.
If yes disconnect it then search the light in My Chihiros app.

When and where did you buy it?
Do you have a order receipt?
 
There may be a problem with the interface of the mobile phone's Bluetooth system.
Try restarting your phone to search again.
