Chihiros Doctor III problem

Hi all,
i have an Chihiros Doctor III without bluetooth. My aquarium is 50L, fresh water. The aquarium age 4 years. The doctor settings are: <60l, plant mode. I not use any custom chemical-s in the water. Water change weekly 25-30% of tap water. GH 14, Kh 7. After 2 week of use several shrimps died. When I took it out of the tank this problem disappeared. There was no such problem before use. What's the problem?
What is the meaning of each mode? This is not exactly described in the user manual.

Check the User Manual, there is a water TDS that compatible with the Tank Volume. Make sure your water TDS doesn't exceed that value.

Touch control doctor without bluetooth. What's the relationship between water TDS value and shrimp mortality? If it were not compatible with water's TDS it would not work correctly. But functonally works well.
What is the meaning of each mode (plant, fish, shrimp)? Please describe in detail.

Water TDS needs to match your tank volume as the User Manual, otherwise it couldn't work normally.
