Chihiros BT Controller stopped working...

All, I have a Chihiros BT controller - it refuses to stay online and connect. I've disconnected it and reconnected it several times - it works for a day or so.. then fails.
There isn't any diagnostic or pairing function, so I am not sure what to do. How do I initiate a return or repair?

There is no way to bypass the controller. Now... I can't get it to even show up anywhere.

What's your order number?
Check the power adapter, is there a tiny stable green indicator light?

Very specifically – Chihiros BT controller

SN: 8835106331
Product is <6 months old.
Purchased at Aquarium Store.

Power adapter has the green light. It is very stable. The challenge is debug, there is no other debug.

Device model is the Universal WRGB 1000 light?
No problem of the power adapter.
You can download an app BLE Scanner to scan all the device, see if there is a device ID "DYU1000C9FC5AA4F196". Make sure open Bluetooth, GPS and Location Service.
