Chihiros A2 50cm stopped working

Hi All,

I am having an issue with my 50cm A2 light which has been in use for about 3 months. I came home one afternoon to find it wasn't on when it should have been so I went to the Chihiros app and found that the light could not be found. Upon disconnecting the light from the power and reconnecting it the light flashes momentarily and then stays off. The green light to the power adapter is lit green and if you place your ear against the module, you can hear faint clicking and high-pitched beeping interval. A BLE app I think has detected the module but fails to pair with it.

Any help is appreciated!

On the power adapter, the tiny green light is on and keeps stable, right?
You can delete the light in Device list, plug out the power supply for a few minutes, then plug back in to search again.
