Hello, the new light B90 that I tried to connect this morning is exactly 2 months old. I am connecting it for the first time. I have 20 Chihiros lights and I never had connection issues before. When I go to add the light it is not visible in "Searching (Scan)" screen. The light is new and this shouldn't be happening.
- when light is plugged in it switches ON to 100% brightness
- the green light on the brick (power adapter) is steady green
- the light is NOT VISIBLE in the search screen
- Bluetooth is ON
- Location services for the Chihiros app is set to "Allowed"
- I tried using app on two different mobiles and that didn't solve the problem
- the app is latest update 2.8.15 (app has been updated today 22nd July)
- I tried restarting app and that didn't solve the problem
- I tried restarting mobile and that didn't solve the problem
- all the other 20 LED light are OK in the app and I have no issues with them
