App Does Not Function

There has been no change to my phone but the app no longer functions.

When I tried to login it said "unknown error." I tried clearing the cache and the data on my phone. That did not resolve the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. At that point the bluetooth search saw my two lights but required me to create a tank. I did that but when I get to the end and click the "complete" button, nothing happens--it will not create the new tank.

So right now I have no control over my two very expensive lights.

I tried both the Android and IOS version and got the same results.

Same thing is happening to me. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I can't login and I can't reset. Can'd do anything and I can't turn my light on. I have been using this app for more than 6 months and this just started today.
 
Working again, except for the fan, it won't connect etc. I have my lights back and tank profiles which is good - however, I think this experience has convinced me NOT PURCHASE Chihiros products again. If the app stops working, the equipment becomes unusable, which makes it a very expensive risk. From my perspective, relying entirely on an app to operate essential equipment is simply too risky, so I will NOT BE BUYING CHIHIRIOS again.
